Valdeolivo is a small estate with three places to stay and plenty of quiet. There is no reception desk and no buffet hours here: there is a stone house, a kitchen garden, paths that start at the front door and a host who welcomes you in person.

The stone house
For generations it was a working olive and almond farm. Today it keeps the same stone, the original beams and the courtyard with the well, restored slowly so the house keeps its character.

In the mornings we lay a long table in the shade: bread, seasonal fruit, jams and the house olive oil. No rush; the day begins when you want it to.

Walk, look, rest
Paths leave from the front door between dry-stone terraces. When you come back the plan is simple: a pool, a fireplace and a very dark sky for watching the stars.
