The company
Ladrillo & Plano Obras
Ladrillo & Plano Obras is a mid-sized building and renovation company. We handle the whole job: design, permits together with your technician, masonry, installations, finishes and the final clean-up.
Every site has one fixed contact person and a phase-by-phase schedule that we review with you. We are straightforward about timing and scope before we start.

Roof repair and renewal, insulation and façade refurbishment with our own or hired scaffolding.

We work with architects and technicians: surveying, drawings, itemised quote and weekly site follow-up.

Execution
We work in phases, with one fixed contact person and weekly check-ins.

Handover and review
We go through the result with you, clean up and hand over the paperwork for the job.
